Our kitchen cooks a blend of Indian and Pakistani cuisine — the daal, sabzi, karahi, biryani and pulao people actually grew up eating, on both sides of the border. It is the food you would cook at home if you had the time, not a restaurant menu.
Every dish is cooked fresh each morning in our own commercial kitchen in Al Rakah Al Janubiyah — dal, sabzi and home-style curries on the Standard plans, beef, mutton and fish on Premium, and measured, protein-rich plates on Healthy Eats. The menu changes every single week, Saturday through Thursday, so the food never becomes a routine.
